Case registered against accused: SP

Superintendent of Police KKN Anburajan has said that a case was registered against two persons for allegedly thrashing a press photographer Srikrishna during the Chief Minister’s public meeting at Raptadu on Monday.
Talking to the media here on Monday, the SP said that an Additional SP-level officer would conduct an inquiry into the attack on the photographer.
The injured photographer was shifted to a private hospital in Hyderabad for better treatment on Monday.
Meanwhile, journalist unions protested against the attack on the photographer.
