After an average performance in Phalana Abbayi Phalana Ammayi, actor Naga Shaurya is back once again, this time with a complete entertainer, Rangabali, directed by debutante Pawan Basamshetty, is all set to release worldwide on July 7. Produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri for SLV Cinemas, the movie will see Yukti Tareja make her Tollywood debut.

Naga Shaurya, who is very confident about the movie’s success, says this movie will remind everyone of their hometown. “This is a movie with mass commercial elements,” said the actor, speaking to the media here on Wednesday.

The actor feels that this movie has come out very well because his director gave him that space to perform. He shared, “Space should be given to directors and actors. Pawan gave me that space. It is a very good movie. I have had enough experience (good and bad) with my films. I can’t tell you where things are going right, but you can understand where things are going wrong. With Pawan’s vision and my experience, we were able to do what we wanted to do.”

Naga Shaurya has worked really hard for this, so much so that there was an ambulance for him on the sets as he was not keeping well during the shoot. Despite it, Shaurya finished the shoot, and he feels all this is just part and parcel of his profession. “I came to please the audience. For the current competition, everyone is doing extraordinary acting, dancing, action, and more. We should give our best at a time like this. Some health issues will come in this order. Injuries happen once in a while. These are all part of our chosen profession. Success comes only with hard work,” he shared, adding, “Cinema is not about making money unless we are making movies with mad passion. We are crazy about cinema. If we miss this, we don’t know anything else.”

Moreover, Shaurya asserted that his female lead in the film, Yukti, has chances of becoming a leading heroine in Tollywood, given her acting and dancing in the movie.

Asked about his story selection process, he shared, “I think you can’t judge anyone’s story. Actually, we have to judge the director. Let’s see how he can pull it off. When asked how to shoot a sequence, some judgment can be made depending on the answer they give.”

On the acting front, Shaurya has started shooting for his 24th movie, whose title is yet to be revealed.
