Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao expressed grief over the death of six tribal labourers in a road mishap at Dachapalli in the Guntur district of Andhra Pradesh. The victims hailed from Narsapur village in the Damaracharla Mandal of Telangana.
The CM expressed condolences for those who lost their lives in the accident and conveyed his grief to the bereaved families. He directed Miryalaguda MLA N. Bhaskar Rao to provide immediate medical treatment to the injured.
As per the request of erstwhile Nalgonda district in-charge minister G. Jagadish Reddy and Bhaskar, KCR announced an ex-gratia of Rs 5 lakh each to the families of the dead and Rs 1 lakh to the injured.
