Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu presented silk robes to Lord Venkateswara at the hill shrine Tirumala on Friday. Chandrababu Naidu, accompanied by his wife Nara Bhuvaneswari visited the temple.
The Chief Minister, flanked by his wife Bhuvaneswari, participated in a procession which began at Bedi Anjaneya Swamy temple and reached the Venkateswara temple. TTD DE J Shyamala Rao and Additional EO CH Venkata Chowdary welcomed the Chief Minister at the temple. The Chief Minister worshipped the sacred Dwajasthambam in the temple.
The Chief Minister, accompanied by his wife, had a darshan of Lord Venkateswara in the temple. Later the priests blessed the couple at the Ranganayakula mandapam, gave them Theertha Prasadam and a Kalamkari image of Venkateswara Swamy.
The Chief Minister released the 2025 calendar and diary of TTD at the Ranganayakula mandapam on the occasion. It may be mentioned here that the Srivari Salakatla Brahmotsavam began on Friday at the hill shrine Tirumala.
