Governor Biswa Bhusan Harichandan presented an appreciation letter to Eluru district Collector. V Prasanna Venkatesh for contributing the highest fund at the Armed Forces Flag Day celebrations programme held in Raj Bhavan in Vijayawada.
The Governor felicitated and appreciated Collector Prasanna Venkatesh on the occasion. Home Minister Taneti Vanita, and Secretary of Home department Harish Kumar Gupta were among those who were present.
