The discussion of the Congress Central Election Committee (CEC) meeting on Congress MP candidates in Telangana ended incompletely at Delhi on Tuesday.
It is learnt that the party discussed only on six constituencies and finalised for five constituents and they are—Mallu Ravi (Nagar Kurnool), G Ranjith Reddy (Chevella), Patnam Sunitha Mahender Reddy (Malkajgiri), Dr Sumalatha (Adilabad), Gaddam Vamshi (Peddapalli). The CEC failed to come to an unanimity on Bhongir candidate, it is learnt.
The party will finalise the candidates for the remaining Lok Sabha candidates in the next meeting to be held within two days.
The party may announce five Lok Sabha candidates on Wednesday.
Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, Â Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, Deepa Das Munshi and Irrigation Minister N Uttam Kumar Reddy participated in the meeting.

It may be recalled that the party announced four candidates for Telangana in its first list.
