TPCC general secretary Janampalli Anirudh Reddy on Wednesday said that the people were suffering due to BRS misrule.
He assured the farmers that the Congress party, if elected to power, would waive farm loans up to Rs 2 lakh in one go.
He undertook Prajahita Pada Yatra in Mallapur and Boinapalli on Wednesday and addressed the gatherings there.
He maintained that the Congress would also resolve the people’s problems.
There was no end to the atrocities of the ruling party leaders, including land encroachment, he alleged. They ruling party leaders are earning crores of rupees by illegal quarrying of sand and with the help of other illegal businesses. There is none to check their irregularities, he lamented.
If anyone criticises them openly, unable to bear with the irregularities, illegal cases are being foisted against them, he said adding that this would never go on forever.
The rulers, who got elected with the mandate given to them by the people, are forgetting their duty to serve the people, he said calling it atrocious.
He predicted that the good days are ahead (in three months) for the people of Jadcherla Constituency.
