Controversies that overshadowed Telugu Cinema’s success RGV in another controversy

Director Ram Gopal Varma is in the news for allegedly hiding to avoid arrest by the Andhra Pradesh police. The police issued notices for some of his posts about AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and his son Nara Lokesh, as well as Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan. A police case was registered against RGV in various places in Andhra Pradesh, citing that his posts were defamatory and indecent.
The AP police visited RGV’s Hyderabad office to question him, but he was not present. He filed for anticipatory bail and reportedly went underground. However, after two days, RGV emerged, stating that he had not hidden anywhere and was available at his office.
