Corporate social responsibility funds key to development

Shadnagar MLA Veerlapalli Shankar emphasised the need for industries to contribute funds under corporate social responsibility.  
He made the appeal to the industrialists while inaugurating a new school buildings builts at a cost of Rs 40 lakh with funds contributed by Divya Shakti Round Table.
Shankar, who was the chief guest at the event, highlighted the importance of industries in the constituency contributing not just economically but also socially. “There will be significant industrial progress in the constituency with many large industries being established here. However, these industries must act with social responsibility,” he stated. He lauded the Divya Shakti Round Table India for their exemplary initiative in building the school and encouraged others to follow suit.
“Good results will come in society only when everyone acts with social responsibility,” Shankar added. He also congratulated the management for their efforts in establishing a large-scale school and transferring it to the government. The MLA was welcomed and honored at the event, and he officially inaugurated the new school building. The ceremony saw a large turnout, including local Congress councilor Krishnaveni, former sarpanch Srisailam Goud, and numerous local leaders and supporters.
MLC Naveen Kumar Reddy Encourages Support for Government Schools Mahbubnagar MLC Nagar Kunta Naveen Kumar Reddy called for greater support and encouragement for government schools during the inauguration of a new school building, funded by the Divya Shakti Round Table organization. The building, constructed for Rs. 40 lakhs, was inaugurated on Saturday.
Speaking as the special guest, Naveen Kumar Reddy underscored the importance of community involvement in promoting government education. “Everyone should encourage students to study in government schools,” he urged.
He praised the initiative, noting, “Building a school for underprivileged students by investing such a significant amount is a noble deed. While many possess wealth, using it for public good with social responsibility is truly commendable.” He extended his congratulations to the organizers for their dedication and assured continuous support for the school’s development.
“It is important for everyone to offer their help and financial support for the school’s growth. I am always available to contribute to its development and can be contacted for any requirements,” Naveen Reddy stated.
The event was attended by several local officials and leaders, including councilor Krishnaveni, Municipal Chairman Narender, Municipal Commissioner Cheema Venkanna, village leader Srisailam Goud, Pulimamidi Rajesh Goud, and PCC members Mohammad Ali Khan Babar, among others.
