The Telangana government has issued guidelines for implementing the Dalit Bandhu – II programme targeting 1,30,000 SC households in 118 Assembly constituencies.
As per the guidelines, Collectors should identify 1100 SC families in every Assembly constituency (excluding Huzurabad) in consultation with public representatives and officials.
After identification, scrutiny of the households should be taken up by constituting official teams as done earlier and details of the verified beneficiaries should be uploaded on the DB web portal by the MPDO concerned and other suitable officers in the case of ULBs as decided by Collectors.
All processes ranging from the identification, sanction and launching of enterprises must be taken up by using the DB web portal including the mobile app developed by TS Online for accountability and transparency. Collectors are permitted to start the identification of 1,100 SC families in each Assembly constituency for implementing Dalit Bandhu-II in consultation with public representatives and officials as per the guidelines issued by the government.
