Deputy CM Pawan vows to solve public grievances

Must read

Jana Sena Party (JSP) chief and Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan demonstrated his commitment to serving the public by personally receiving grievances from citizens outside his party office in Mangalagiri on Saturday.
After participating in the Assembly session, Pawan Kalyan visited the JSP state party office in Mangalagiri. Noticing a group of people waiting to voice their concerns, he halted his convoy, got out, and sat in a chair in front of the office to listen to them. He attentively received their memorandums and assured them of prompt resolution.
Pawan Kalyan also made phone calls to several officials to address the issues brought to his attention.
Additionally, the JSP state office had set up a help desk. Pawan Kalyan was seen interacting with people at the help desk, listening to their grievances and promising solutions. This initiative is reminiscent of his Janavani programs, which he conducted while in opposition, to hear public grievances across the state.
One particularly distressing case was presented by a woman named Shivakumari, who reported that her minor daughter had been missing for nine months, allegedly trapped by a man under the pretence of love. Despite lodging a police complaint, no action had been taken. Pawan Kalyan reviewed the FIR and immediately contacted the Machavaram Circle Inspector to inquire about the case. He arranged for the woman to be transported to the Machavaram police station for further assistance.
Furthermore, Pawan Kalyan engaged with 30 differently-abled individuals, listened to their problems and assured them of his support in resolving their issues.
He emphasised that his priority is to understand and address the public’s grievances effectively.
