Interacting with an 18-year-old girl, who was undergoing treatment in the ward, the Collector inquired about what she was being treated for. The doctor explained that the girl attempted to end life by taking poison due to personal reasons and she is now recovering. Responding to this, the District Collector gently reprimanded the young woman who committed suicide. The details of expired medicines should be entered in the relevant register and those medicines should be kept separately, she ordered the medical staff.
