Min promises to release pending hostel mess charges

Minister for Social Welfare Dr. Dola Bala Veeranjaneya Swamy assured of taking steps to release pending mess hostel mess charges. The Minister took representations from the people on their grievances in the Secretariat on Wednesday.
Leaders of SFI and members of Social Welfare Residential Employees Federation   and people from different communities met the Minister and presented petitions. The student union leaders and members of the Social Welfare Residential Employees Federation brought their problems to the attention of the Minister. They said that during the 5-year rule of YSRCP, the system of the Social Welfare Department was neglected by not providing facilities.
They appealed to the Minister to fill up the vacancies as they were facing difficulties due to insufficient staff. The principals were given additional charge as in-charges of other schools in other areas.
They explained to the Minister that they were unable to speak on their problems in the previous government. Responding to their grievances, the Minister promised that the vacancies would be filled soon. The Minister assured them of providing all needed facility to the social welfare hostels.  
The SFI students urged the Minister to take steps to release pending hostel mess charges and hike the mess charges as per the spiraling prices. Minister Bala Veeranjaneya Swamy responded positively and assured to take steps to release pending mess charges.
