In today’s business world, there are constant challenges that businesses across industries need to manage. For any organisation to prosper, creating valuable business relationships is of prime importance. And, today, we have with us Yogita Tulsiani, director and co-founder at iXceed Solutions, who has been consistently bringing forward some of the best talent solutions to her clients.
As someone responsible for several companies’ growth, one has to go through their own challenges to make their work effective. An able leader, she has always been open to challenges and has worked in the direction of accomplishing goals with the help of efficient and streamlined processes. Talking about the challenging part of her job, Yogita shares, “I am confronting challenges such as managing global delivery and operations in different geographies across multiple time zones.
The company has to stay ahead of other market competitors and focus on adapting the latest technology to gain a competitive edge. Sometimes mental fatigue manifests as physical fatigue. But I am happy that I am working hard, and this strengthens my determination to succeed, all the more. Personally, I would like to do some relaxing activities, such as listening to music, reading books, and sitting in silence for some time. Intrinsic motivation and positivity also help me a lot in managing pressure.”
Recently, the country has seen a significant increase in the number of unskilled young people. Several studies also state that more than half of the youth are not on track to have the education and skills necessary for employment in 2030. Sharing about the possible solution for this problem, the virtuoso shares, “If we see the market nowadays, a massive layoff is happening, and one of the reasons is the poorly-skilled workforce. The candidates these days do not have in-depth knowledge about their jobs. Youth have to upskill themselves, be well-read about the industry, and keep themselves abreast of the latest developments in their field of work.”
Yogita Tulsiani, who is a keen observer with sharp business acumen, strives to look out for newer avenues to develop innovative solutions.Talking about her approach to work, she says it is, “Strategise, Implement, Adapt. The mid-term and long-term goals that I have set for myself, the value that I am creating for the system, the positive impact that I have on people’s lives – all drive me forward.”
Technology is reshaping the economy since major players in every industry bank heavily on technology for not only automation but also for process efficiencies and innovations.
But she says, “The issue is that there is a massive gap in the technology skill market.
People need to get the right jobs as per their skill set and abilities. Witnessing such a state of affairs, this problem can be solved if we are able to create a talent ecosystem.”
