Elaborate arrangements being made for PM’s visit: CS

Chief Secretary Neerabh Kumar Prasad has said that elaborate arrangements are being made for the Prime Minister who is attending the swearing-in ceremony of Chandrababu Naidu on June 12.
The Chief Secretary reviewed the arrangements, being made at Kesarapalli village on the premises of IT Park for the swearing-in ceremony, with the officials on Monday.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Secretary said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi would arrive at Gannavaram airport at 10:40 am on June 12. He would reach the venue at around 11 am.
The Prime Minister will participate in the swearing-in ceremony till 12:30 pm and later leave for the Gannavaram Airport. He will take off for Bhubaneswar at 12:45 pm.
The Chief Secretary directed the police officials to make foolproof security arrangements for the Prime Minister’s visit. He asked the officials to complete the arrangements by tomorrow evening.  
Additional DGP S Bagchi, GAD Secretary S Suresh Kumar, Dairy Development Corporation MD Babu A, Chief Commissioner State Taxes Girija Shankar, Special CS K Vijayanand, R&B MD Pradyumna, CRDA Commissioner Vivek Yadav, District Collector Dilli Rao and Police Commissioner PHD Ramakrishna were among those who attended the meeting.
