Energy award for AP

Andhra Pradesh State Energy Conservation Mission (APSECM) (SDA of Andhra Pradesh) has won the first prize in the National Energy Conservation Award in the State Designated Agency (SDA) Sector in Group II.
On the occasion of the National Energy Conservation Day on 14 December 2023, President of India Droupadi Murmu presented the prestigious National Energy Conservation Award-2023 to APSECM at Vigyan Bhavan in New Delhi. On behalf of the AP government, Special Chief Secretary Energy K Vijayanand and Joint Secretary Energy & Chief Executive Officer, APSECM Sri BAVP Kumara Reddy received the award from the President. On this occasion, Special Chief Secretary Energy K Vijayanand said that the continuous support and guidance of Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and Energy Minister Peddireddi Ramachandra Reddy towards Energy Efficiency were the key drivers in achieving the National Energy Conservation Award.
