Excise police arrest drug peddler, seize 10 kg of marijuana

The State task force team of Excise police, along with Dhoolpet Excise Police, arrested a drug peddler and seized 10 kgs of Ganja on Sunday.  The drug peddler hailed form Andhra Pradesh.
On Sunday, the Excise Department released a press note, where it mentioned that on credible information they conducted raids at Rahimpura and arrested an accused Yesu, who is a native of Kakinada district.  He brought the ganja to supply the same to a ganja seller at Dhoolpet to  Raj Singh, he is absconding. Along with the drugs, police seized a motorbike and a mobile phone from the possession of the accused. A case has been registered in the Dhoolpet excise police station.
As per the instructions of the  Director of Enforcement Prohibition and Excise Kamalasan Reddy and under the guidance of Joint Commissioner Enforcement SY Qureshi, and Assistant Commissioner P Pranavi, the STF team led by Excise Superintendent N. Anjireddy assisted by CIs Madhubabu, and G Gopal of  Excise Dhoolpet and staff members detected this case.
