A farmer raised ganja plants in his chilli field but the police conducted a raid and destroyed the plants at Bommlapuram village.Police here on Monday said that on a tip-off, SEB CI Ragamaiah and Dornala SI Srinivasa Rao conducted a raid on the chilli crop and found ganja plants in the chilli field. The chilli field belongs to Adapala China Kondaiah and a case was registered against him.
