The Congress government has released input subsidy into the bank accounts of various farmers. But, here is a farmer who received just Re. 1 in his bank account and another farmer received Rs 62 towards input subsidy under Rytu Bandhu for Rabi season.
A farmer hailing from Hanwada – Panduranga Reddy – was shocked to receive only Re.1 in his bank account towards input subsidy. In fact, he owned five acres of land.
He recalled how he used to get Rs 10,000 into his bank account, in two installments, under the scheme during the BRS regime.
In the same mandal, a farmer belonging to Tankara village claimed to have received only Rs 62 instead of receiving Rs 250 as he has had only two guntas of land. Similarly, he said under another survey number he owned 1.5 acres of land for which he is yet to get input subsidy.
Besides, many farmers have been complaining of not receiving any funds into their bank accounts.
