A fisherman drowned in the sea as the fishing boat capsized at Esukulapalem village in Sompet mandal.
Police said that three fishermen ventured into the sea for fishing. Their fishing boat capsized in the sea. One of the fishermen, Ganta Janardhan (40) drowned in the sea while the two other fishermen swam ashore safely. The body of the Janardhan was fished out from the sea.
