Minister for Endowments and Prakasam district in-charge minister Kottu Satyanarayana has said that proposals for land acquisition were sent to the government seeking Rs 110 crore.
Addressing the Addanki constituency development meeting at Singarayakonda on Monday, the minister said that proposals for rehabilitation of Gundlakamma project evacuees and land acquisition, seeking Rs 110 crore, were sent to the government.
The district in-charge minister directed the officials to prepare proposals for granting necessary houses for the eligible poor in the Addanki constituency. Officials were told to register under OTS for eligible beneficiaries in the Addanki constituency.
The minister ordered the officials concerned to provide infrastructure in the Jagananna colonies. Officials were also directed to take steps to complete the construction of TIDCO houses in Addanki town.
Minister Kottu Satyanarayana asked the officials to take steps to complete the construction of the sanctioned Primary Health Centres. He advised the farmers to cultivate commercial crops due to scant rainfall. He also asked the farmers to wait till the end of the month to take up the plantation for paddy crops as there is a chance for rain.
Addanki constituency in-charge Bachina Krishna Chaitanya, Joint Collector CH Sridhar, Agriculture JD Abdul Sattar animal husbandry JD Hanumantha Rao, and other officials were present.
