Garapati Sitaramanjaneya Chowdary was appointed the State general secretary of the BJP by State president Daggubati Purandeswari on Friday. District BJP leaders hailed the decision of Purandeswari in appointing Garapati as State general secretary, stating that he had accomplished every responsibility given to him.
Chowdary worked as BJP ‘Praja Poru’ Godavari Zonal In-charge, Modi 9-Year Governance Campaign Committee Godavari Zonal In-charge, State Working Committee Member and Eluru District Party Convener. Chowdary thanked Daggubati Purandeswari for appointing him as state general secretary and vowed to work hard to bolster the BJP in the state.
