GMR pilots smart trolleys to enhance passenger experience

GMR Hyderabad International Airport has introduced the next generation smart trolleys in pilot project for its passengers. The trolleys will guide the travellers around the terminal and help them with useful information like airport access routes, departure times, and direction to gates and product promotions to name a few. The smart trolleys have enthused a number of passengers to use it and find it extremely convenient.
Speaking on this new development, Pradeep Panicker, CEO-GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd said, “We are thrilled to pioneer this next-generation smart trolleys. The pilot project aims to provide an airport experience for our passengers.
