Good Samaritans and police join forces to recover stolen valuables

A routine auto ride took an unexpected turn for K. Bharti yesterday evening, but thanks to a swift police response and the cooperation of the local community, the story ended on a heartwarming note. Bharti boarded an auto around 4:30 PM, heading to MVP Circle. Upon reaching her destination, she realized her bag, containing valuables like 5 tolas of gold jewellery, 50 grams of silver items, and ?18,000 in cash, was missing. Without wasting time, she lodged a complaint at the MVP crime police station.
Acting swiftly, D-Colt Constable PC-1632 P. Hari used the information provided to track down the auto involved, with the help of Appughar Auto Stand driver Duda Satyanarayan. The auto driver, R. Kondalarao, displayed exemplary honesty by voluntarily returning the forgotten bag.
