In-charge K Venkatrama Raju and president of Kisan Morcha Jayaprakash Narayana Varma were present. On this occasion they said that 18 out of 30 mandals of Anamaya district have been declared as drought mandals by the district authorities. Similarly, due to the effect of Mauching typhoon, the authorities have reported that agriculture and fruit gardens have been damaged in 14 mandals across the district. We requested the leaders of Bharatiya Janata Party to support the farmers who lost. They criticized the state government for not doing anything but saying that they will help if funds are allocated. They asked the CM why he did not directly inspect the damaged crops except for visiting the farmers brothers who suffered losses as Tu Tu mantra during his visit to Tirupati. They said that after the Modi government assumed power in the country in 2014, many programs were initiated for the development of farmers.

In this Strike program, OBC District President Repana Shiva Prasad, District General Secretary Anand Gajapathi Raju along with BJP leaders, activists, supporters, donors and women participated.
