Governor wishes people on Eid

Governor S Abdul Naseer has greeted the faithful on Eid-ul-Fitr on Thursday.
“On the solemn occasion of the culmination of the holy month of Ramzan as Eid-ul-Fitr, I convey my warm greetings and felicitations to all Muslim brethren of Andhra Pradesh,” he said.
“The teachings of the Holy Quran have shaped society over the ages, since the advent of the Prophet. The Holy Ramzan is a reminder to us of the purpose of life as ordained by the Almighty and that only through rigorous self-discipline, it is possible to realise eternal life. On this Holy Eid-ul-Fitr Day, let us redeem our pledge to respect the dignity of human beings, the sanctity of life and the solemnity of all faiths,” the Governor added.
