Hinting at early Assembly elections, Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao said that he was confident that the BRS will come to power again in the state.
“We will give seats only to sitting MLAs. We are definitely going to win 95 to 105 seats. No one needs to harbour doubts about this. I guarantee you a majority of 50,000 if you do as I say. Treat people well. MPs, MLCs, ZP chairmen, corporation chairmen and MLAs should coordinate with everyone,” KCR said.
The CM said that the nation ‘wants’ the Telangana Model as we have made great progress in the last 10 years.
“It is natural if thousands of people come if we hold meetings in Surapet, Kamareddy or any other area in Telangana, but if people are flocking to us in the same way in Maharashtra the reason is the model we have followed,” KCR said
“The Gujarat Model is bogus. Modi cheated India. Now people from other states are saying that the Telangana Model is indispensable. This honour belongs to all of us. Our bosses are the people of Telangana. Their words are our Bhagavad Gita,” KCR said.
“No party can win on religion. We look at all communities equally. That is the secret of our success. Politics should be issue-based. Politics should be done item-wise. Politics should not be done with a cunning mind,” KCR said.
“What is the condition of AP today? In Telangana, 56,44,000 acres have been sown already. The groundwater level has increased tremendously due to Mission Kakatiya. Our Mission Kakatiya worked brilliantly,” the CM said.
He asked leaders to explain in detail what Telangana was earlier and the development that has been achieved. We want to take the entire SCCL but Modi won’t give it, KCR said.
He asked leaders to use Rythu Vedikas properly. “Call farmers and give them food. All MLAs, MPs and ZP chairpersons should go near farmers’ platforms. Discuss development with them,” he said.
He urged leaders to organise TS formation decadal celebrations grandly. “Decadal celebrations should be held discreetly. Our success should be presented as documentaries in all media. Let us explain to the people the progress we have achieved in all fields like agriculture, education and medicine,” the CM said.
“Constituency-wise progress should be presented in documentaries. Draw development charts by constituencies. MLCs should make extensive use of the services of Deshapati Srinivas and Gorati Venkanna. Invite them with good programmes. Transparent and corruption-free governance should be given to the people,” KCR said.
“During Dasabdi Utsavam we should recognise people in our area. Bhagya Reddy Varma, Baddamella Reddy, Bhim Reddy Narasimha Reddy, Arutla Ramachandra Reddy, Kamaladevi and Suravaram Prathapareddy should be glorified. These people symbolise Telangana. Organise processions with traditional artistes. Poetry congregations should also be organised. These should be led by MLAs,” KCR said.
“We are progressing after achieving Swarashtra. Let’s organise decadal celebrations for 21 days from June 2,” KCR said.
He directed MLAs, MPs and ZP Chairmen and all public and party representatives to organise decadal celebrations.
