Guru Nanak Institutions hosted a grand celebration of their cultural fest, YUVNIX 2k24, on Saturday, marked by jubilant festivities and a series of impressive cultural programs performed by the students.
The event aimed to provide a platform for students to showcase their skills and creativity. HS. Saini, Managing Director of the participating educational institutions and the chief guest of the event, emphasised the importance of such platforms in his address. He praised the students for their remarkable performances.
Sardar Gagan Deep Singh Kohli, Vice-Chairman of the educational institutions, echoed these sentiments and suggested that the cultural fest should continue to serve as a joyful platform for students to exhibit their talents.
The programme featured a variety of performances, including skits, stand-up comedy, beat-boxing, and dance performances by the college’s dance clubs. Highlights of the event included the Mr. and Miss Desi show. Additionally, prizes were distributed to students who excelled in various competitions such as rangoli, mehndi, nail art, and spot events.
The heads of the department, on behalf of the management, presented the awards. The event saw participation from notable figures including Director Dr. K. Venkata Rao, Joint Director r.  Parthasaradhi, Event Coordinators,  NV Narayana and Harish Kundra, along with other department heads and staff members.
