HATCHET MAN OF AP ADMINISTRATION

People like to hear good news about them. No amount of niceties and none of those
bewitching smiles of the messenger can sweeten a bad news conveyed officially or
matter-of-factly. This is where a hatchet man comes into play. Andhra Pradesh is preparing for the General Election as well as the Assembly elections. The ruling YSRCP has begun announcing tickets to some of the innumerable aspirants. Party chief and Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy is talking to sitting MLAs in this connection.
If the ticket is confirmed for a sitting legislator, he himself is telling them. But if the ticket is to be denied to a sitting MLA, hatchet man Dhananjay Reddy takes over. A little bird told us that Dhananjay has been conveying the bad news to the aspirants. It is not fair to shoot the messenger, but not everyone can take lying down what Dhananjay sugar-coats and tells them.
