Director Ashok got a good name in Telugu with the movie Pilla Zamindar. He made comedy one of the best in Nani’s career by mastering it. He later came out of his comfort genre and directed a horror drama like Bhagamati less than five years ago.
Now, Ashok is directing a movie introducing Haveesh Laxman as the hero. On actor Haveesh’s birthday on Sunday, the makers unveiled the first look of the movie, and also its title Chu Mantar Kaali. The hero appeared in a black outfit wearing a hat. The poster also mentions The Scariest Book. With that, it is clear that the movie is going to be based on this book. This movie, which is being made as a mystery thriller, is being made as a pan India project.
