Justice Kanneganti Lalitha Kumari of the Telangana High Court has been transferred to the Karnataka High Court. “In exercise of the power conferred by Clause (1) of Article 222 of the Constitution, the President, after consultations with the Chief Justice of India, is pleased to transfer Justice Kanneganti Lalitha Kumari of the TSHigh Court as a Judge of the Karna taka High Court and to direct her to assume charge in the Karnataka HC,” the President’s order said.
