The High Court posted hearing in a case registered against Chief Minister Revanth Reddy to June 20. The case was registered against the CM at the Gachibowli Police Station nine years ago.
It may be recalled that the CM had filed a petition appealing to the court to dismiss the case filed against him at the Gachibowli Police Station. A person named Peddiraju filed a complaint at the Gachibowli Police Station alleging that nine years ago, the CM, his brother, Kondal Reddy, and one Laxman demolished a society room on a piece of disputed land in Gopanpally, and the Gachibowli police filed a case regarding this.
