The Telangana High Court dismissed a petition challenging the election of BRS MLA Harish Rao from Siddipet.

The case, filed allegedly due to political vendetta by the Congress, was struck down by the court, reinforcing Harish’s legitimacy as a duly elected representative.

Criticising the Congress, Harish pointed out a series of unsuccessful legal battles faced by the Congress, including the phone-tapping case. He described these attempts as politically driven and a clear misuse of the legal process.

He stated that he had complete faith in the judiciary and stood firm against wrongful accusations.

Speaking on the matter, Harish urged Congress leaders, including Revanth, to shift their focus towards fulfilling their electoral promises instead of engaging in retaliatory politics.

He reaffirmed that he would continue questioning the government’s actions on behalf of the people, and that false cases would not affect his commitment to public service.
