Heatwave prevails in Hyd temperatures soar to 43.3 degrees 

Hyderabad recorded a maximum temperature of 43.3 degrees on Monday. The Indian Meteorological Department-Hyderabad (IMD-H) predicted thunderstorms accompanied with lightning till April 26.
On April 22 parts of Telangana received light to moderate rains. On April 23 districts including Adilabad, Komaram Bheem Asifabad, Mancherial, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Jagtiyal, Vikarabad, Sangareddy, kamareddy, Sangareddy, Medak and Vikarabad would experience showers. The maximum temperature is likely to rise by 2-3 degrees Celsius in the next five days. Similar conditions are expected to prevail in the aforementioned districts till April 26.
The Telangana State planning and Development Society (TSDPS) predicted light to moderate rainfall across the State till April 25. In Telangana, the maximum temperature is expected to remain between 38-43 degrees Celsius and minimum temperature is expected to remain 25-28 degrees Celsius.  
While Hyderabad recorded 43.3 degrees Celsius, in Telangana, Khamam recorded the highest temperature (44.9), Jagtiyal (44.8), Nalgoda (44.7), Jogulamba Gadwal (43.8) Mahabubabad (43.6), Suryapet (43.5) , Rajanna Sircila (42.9), Wanaparthy (42.8), Nagarkurnool (42.7), Kamareddy (41.8) and Rangareddy(41.6).
