HMDA Secretary Chandraya, Estate Officer Kishan Rao, Medipally Tehsildar Mahipal, Chief Planning Officer Gangadhar, Superintendent Engineer Hussain, and representatives of the Central Public Sector Enterprise MSTC were present to explain the priority of the Medipally layout.

During the meeting, MSTC representatives gave a power-point presentation on the Bachupally layout and explained the online auction process for participating in the sale of plots. The auction will take place through an online bidding system to ensure transparency and fairness in the sale process.

The Medipalli layout is located in a prime area of Hyderabad, close to the Secunderabad railway station and Jubilee bus station, making it an attractive location for buyers. The sale of plots in this area has generated a lot of interest and enthusiasm among potential buyers.
