I am ready to quit if my land documents are proved fake’

Declaring that he is ready to resign his MLA post if his land documents are proved fake, Medchal MLA Ch. Malla Reddy challenged Government Whip Dharmapuri MLA Adluri Laxman Kumar to do the same if he failed to prove his (Malla Reddy’s) documents were fake.
He said that he would meet Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy and collectors on Monday and show the original documents he had.
Speaking to the media on Sunday about the dispute regarding a piece of land in Suchitra, Malla Reddy said that he would give up the land if it was proved that he was in the wrong.
He said the land documents Congress leaders are showing are forged ones and that the survey was over on Sunday and everyone has to wait till the report comes.
Revenue officials conducted a survey on Sunday regarding the disputed land at Suchitra in the presence of both parties. The Revenue officials identified the extent of the land in survey numbers 82 and 83. The officials are now preparing a report regarding this.
