After the general elections 2024 results were announced in Andhra Pradesh, a series of violent incidents have been witnessed and the constitutional systems have completely collapsed in the state, said YSRCP president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.
With the political vendetta of Chandrababu Naidu, democracy itself has been threatened across the state. An uncontrolled law and order situation has arisen with the ruthless attacks by the TDP and the entire system is out of whack.
YSRCP leaders and activists are also being attacked by the TDP like maniacs. The candidates who contested from the YSRC party have no protection.
In the universities that are the centres of higher education, the professors are being abused and are being terrorised. In the last five years, the State’s reputation in the country with governance reforms and programmes to support the poor has been damaged and it has turned into a violent state in just three days. Democracy and civil liberties are being seriously disturbed. I am once again appealing to the Honorable Governor @governorap to intervene. I assure you that @YSRC Party will stand by the party workers, my brothers and my sisters who are victims of violent incidents, said YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.
