Jagan not sincere about development of V’wada: Nani

Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is not sincere about the development of Vijayawada city, alleged Kesineni Srinivas (Nani), MP from Vijayawada.
The Novotel service road that has been remaining unfinished for the past four-and-a-half years is proof of the government’s negligence towards the development of the city, he commented.
The MP, along with Vijayawada East MLA Gadde Ram Mohana Rao, inspected the national highway service road extension work from Novatel to Ramesh Hospital Junction in the city on Wednesday.
The MP enquired the NHAI authorities regarding the road extension work.
He said that the extension work of Benz Circle Flyover service road was taken up at the request of MLA Gadde Rama Mohana Rao. Before the completion of the flyover, the government changed in the State.
He said that the issue was taken into consideration by Union Minister Gadkari and he has sanctioned Rs.100 crore for land acquisition and service road construction.
The work will be completed within two months. CM YS Jagan has no love and affection for the people of Vijayawada, he alleged.
MLA Gadde said that the uncompleted service road is creating hectic problems for the people.
Vehicle movement has been interrupted for the past several years, however, neither the Vijayawada Municipal Corporation nor the State government has taken any step, he pointed out.
TDP corporators Devineni Aparna, Jasti Sambasiva Rao and NHAI officials accompanied the MP.
