Jani Master, the former president of the Telugu Film TV Dancers and Dance Directors Association, has been removed from his position and had his membership terminated. This decision was made after Joseph Prakash was elected as the new president, marking his fifth time in the role.
According to reports, Jani Master’s removal was due to the ongoing POCSO case against him and his alleged aggressive behaviour. However, Jani Master has denied these allegations, taking to social media to clarify his position.
In a video statement, Jani Master said, “Rumours are circulating in the media that I have been permanently expelled from the union citing unsubstantiated allegations. Don’t believe these rumours.”
He emphasised that he is still the president of the association, as his term has not yet expired. “No one has the right to take their own decisions and positions by holding elections in an unethical manner,” Jani Master said. “I am going to proceed legally against those responsible.” On a separate note, Jani Master expressed his excitement about Game Changer, which he has choreographed. “A good song is coming from GameChanger in my choreography and you all will definitely like it,” he said.
