Telangana BJP leader Jitta Balakrishna Reddy may quit the BJP as he lashed out at the BJP left and right on Tuesday besides praising the Congress.
Speaking to the media at Bhongir, Jitta said that the BJP and the BRS are one. He said that he had distanced himself from the BJP mentally and is continuing in the party as just a worker.
He said that he had joined the BJP thinking that it will help to attain the dreams of the Telangana movement, but now he has understood that it is not possible with the BJP.
Jitta Balakrishna Reddy said that he was in the BJP for the last 16 months, but the BJP never allowed him to participate in a single programme. He termed the removal of former TS BJP President Sanjay as a heinous act.
He said that a double-engine sarkar will not work in Telangana. “Only the Congress can remove KCR’s dictatorial rule in Telangana,” Jitta said.
Jitta said that Bhongir politics revolved around three realtors. He alleged that the presidents of the three parties are the Bengaluru Brothers.
He said that Khumbam Anil Kumar Reddy, who joined the BRS on Monday after quitting the Congress, has no stature to criticise Bhongir MP Komatireddy Venkat Reddy.
