Jr NTR’s team clarifies on court case

Must read

Rumours swirled within Tollywood circles, alleging that actor Jr NTR had sought legal recourse from the Telangana High Court concerning a property dispute in Jubilee Hills. Reports indicated that Jr NTR had purportedly purchased a 681-square-yard plot in 2003 from Sunku Geetha Lakshmi, who was accused of fabricating documents and leveraging the property for loans from multiple banks.
Following a ruling by the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) in favour of the banks, purported attempts were made to seize the property, prompting Jr NTR’s purported engagement with the High Court. However, the actor’s team swiftly issued a press statement to counter the allegations. The statement clarified that Jr NTR had sold the property in question in 2013, urging media outlets to abstain from linking him to the ongoing dispute.
“In response to the news published concerning Mr. NTR, we would like to clarify that the said property was sold by Mr. NTR in the year 2013. We request you to refrain from using Mr. NTR’s name in any reporting regarding the said property,” read the team’s official statement.

Despite the clarification, the news stirred widespread discourse across social media platforms. Meanwhile, on the professional front, Jr. NTR is actively involved in the much-anticipated film Devara, helmed by acclaimed director Koratala Siva.
