Kalyan Ram’s next titled Arjun S/o Vyjayanthi

After a year without releases, Nandamuri Kalyan Ram is back with an exciting new project. While he made a mark as a producer with Devara: Part One, starring his brother Jr. NTR, he is now returning as the lead in Arjun S/o Vyjayanthi.
The film, directed by Pradeep Chilukuri, will see legendary actress Vijayashanthi in a pivotal role. The makers recently unveiled the title and first-look poster, confirming that Kalyan Ram plays Vijayashanthi’s son in the film.
A major highlight is Vijayashanthi’s return as a cop, reprising her iconic character name, Vyjayanthi, from Kartavyam—a film that released nearly 35 years ago. Known for her powerful police roles, she will once again don the uniform, adding nostalgia and intensity to the film.
Arjun S/o Vyjayanthi is an action-packed thriller produced by Ashok Vardhan Muppa and Sunil Balusu, with Saiee Manjrekar as the female lead. Bollywood actor Sohail Khan has been cast as the antagonist.
The poster captures the high-octane energy of the film, depicting Kalyan Ram and Vijayashanthi walking amidst fire and metal chains in a factory-like setting. The film is currently in production, and the makers are expected to announce the release date soon.
