Kavuri Bhaskara Rao complains against Ramesh

In a criminal case against BJP Rajya Sabha MP CM Ramesh, the city police called former Cabinet minister Kavuri Sambashiva Rao’s son Kavuri Bhaskar Rao for his statement on Saturday. He reported that the case was filed by Tollywood hero Venu in November 2023 in Jubilee HiIls Police Station. Later, the case was transferred to the Central Crime Station, Basheerbagh.
Bhaskar Rao said, “A few months back we filed an FIR in the Jubilee Hills police station regarding a forgery case. Then it was transferred to CCS. Later, the police called me as a witness and I gave my statement to the police that Chintakunta Munuswamy Ramesh had forged the signatures”. In that complaint it has been mentioned that forged agreement dated November 11, 2002 was purportedly executed by PCL- Intertech Lenhydro Consortium Joint Venture in favour of Rithwik Swathi Joint Venture in Hyderabad.
Rithwik Projects Private Limited Company has donated Rs 45 crore to various political parties, including Rs 30 crore to the Indian National Congress (INC), Rs 10 crore to JDS, and Rs 5 crore to the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) through electoral bonds.
