TPCC Campaign Committee Chairman Madhu Yashki Goud said that Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao is enacting protocol dramas to deflect public attention.Madhu said that KCR falls at the feet of Prime Minister Modi whenever he goes to New Delhi, but enacts dramas when the PM comes to the State.

Madhu said the friction between TRS and BJP is aimed at deflecting public attention. Addressing the media at Gandhi Bhavan on Friday, Madhu said the phone tapping issue of Governor Dr Tamilisai is like a ‘thief shouting thief.”The Governor must file a complaint with the Union Home Ministry if she has doubts about phone tapping, Madhu said. Stating that phone tapping in Telangana is true, Madhu said the State government has been tapping the phones of opposition leaders.

“If the Governor’s phone is being tapped who is safe? The Union Home Ministry must probe the Governor’s phone tapping charge,” Madhu said.Stating that the Congress losing elections continuously is painful, Madhu said the Congress has been taking every election seriously but did not understand why the party is not getting public support. It seems that only money distribution will work in elections, Madhu said. He said the party has to take action against leaders whoever it might be if they cross the party line. No leader can ensure the party’s victory on his own. Leaders who want to work with the Congress will have to work jointly with others, he said.

Madhu said the State government should provide employment to the 25,000 workers coming back to India from Qatar after the World Cup Football Tournament and give double-bedroom houses to the poor.
