Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao has expressed delight over the successful landing of the Lander Module of the third lunar mission Chandrayaan-3 on the Moon on Wednesday.
KCR said that India has emerged as the first country in the world to successfully place a lander module on the South Pole of the Moon. India scripted a new chapter in the field of space exploration and has created history. This is an occasion every Indian should be proud of, the CM said.
The Chief Minister congratulated the Indian Space Research Organisation’s (ISRO) scientists, staff and everyone involved in the success of the space mission.
He said that this is a day of celebration for all Indians as the long cherished dream has been fulfilled. The CM said that the success of Chandrayaan-3 will provide a great push to space research and experiments planned by ISRO.
KCR hoped that ISRO would continue its success in space research and would scale new heights.
