IT Minister D. Sridhar Babu made it clear that former Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao should appear before the Justice PC Ghose Commission investigating alleged corruption while executing Kaleshwaram Project.
Responding on issuing notices to KCR and former Ministers T. Harish Rao and Eatala Rajender by the Justice PC Ghose Commission, Sridhar made it clear that KCR should appear before the Justice PC Ghose Commission.
He said the notices were issued just now and thought that KCR would go. Everyone is equal before the law, he added.
“If BRS chief KCR has not done anything wrong, why is he afraid? I had faced cases filed against me by KCR in Kaleshwaram. However, the court dismissed the case saying that I was not at fault. I fought these cases for eight years,” Sridhar said.
