Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao saved Singareni Collieries (SCCL) from privatisation, BRS MLC Kavitha said.

She said the BRS flag must be flown in the Singareni area and that the people must give a gift to KCR by ensuring the victory of all BRS candidates.

Addressing the Singareni schools contract teaching and non-teaching staff meeting held at her residence on Sunday after they submitted a memorandum to her requesting to solve their problems, Kavitha said that KCR protected the SCCL by opposing its privatisation strongly.

Kavitha said that the credit for merging the TSRRTC with the government without privatising it goes to KCR. She said that KCR has been solving problems that were not solved in the United AP State.

She clarified that the issue of legacy jobs was a serious problem before the formation of Telangana. While only 4,000 jobs were provided at that time, 20,000 jobs were provided after the formation of Telangana.

She said that KCR created legacy jobs thinking only from a humanitarian perspective. Similarly, she assured that the government will resolve the problems of all teaching and non-teaching employees of SCCL schools and that she will take the initiative and discuss the matter with KCR.
