Telangana BJP Election Management Committee Chairman Eatala Rajender said that Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao’s agents were there in the police and they attacked farmers in Nirmal wearing plain clothes.
Eatala condemned the arrest of BJP Vice-President DK Aruna, who tried to go to Nirmal to express solidarity with BJP leader A. Maheshwar Reddy’s fast-unto-death.
Speaking to the media at the State BJP office here on Sunday along with Telangana BJP President G. Kishan Reddy, Eatala predicted that KCR has only three more months in power.
He said that the BRS is a fading light.
Eatala said that male police officials beat up BJP’s women activists indiscriminately. He said that the police were not functioning as per the law in Telangana and that the police attacked an ST woman in Hyderabad. He said that it is not proper to brand the ST woman as a bad character.
Earlier, a woman named Mariamma had died due to police torture, Eatala said.
