Former Chief Minister BJP national executive committee member Nallari Kiran Kumar Reddy and former MP Komatireddy Rajgopal Reddy hailed former Telangana BJP State unit president Bandi Sanjay Kumar on Friday at the meeting held on the occasion of Union Tourism Minister G Kishan Reddy taking over as Telangana BJP unit president at the State BJP office.

Addressing the gathering, Kiran Kumar Reddy said that Sanjay brought ‘josh’ to the BJP in Telangana.

“I hope, Kishan has the capability to bring the BJP to power by taking Sanjay’s josh forward in Telangana,” he said. He said that he was confident that the BJP will form the government in Telangana if it worked systematically.

“AIMIM leaders are declaring that they have the BRS’ Car’s steering in their hands. But the BJP has to take the keys of the ‘Car’ and only then we can get power in Telangana,” Kiran said.

Rajgopal said emotionally that he almost cried when the high command removed Sanjay from the Telangana BJP President’s post.

“I cried while going to the bathroom. I hope Sanjay will get a higher post. The BJP gained strength in Telangana because of Sanjay. The GHMC, Dubbaka and Huzurabad elections were held under the leadership of Sanjay. His padayatra filled Josh in youth. I know that Sanjay worked hard. The BJP registered a moral victory in the Munugode by-election. Some were campaigning that the BJP and the BRS are one but that will never happen. I will not change parties again and again and I will work under the leadership of Kishan Reddy,” he said.
