Kollu launches ‘Praja Darbar’ in Machilipatnam

Kollu Ravindra, Minister for Mines & Geology and Excise, inaugurated the ‘Praja Darbar’ at the TDP office in Machilipatnam on Saturday to address public grievances. During the event, he received and reviewed petitions from the public and committed to resolving their issues within the designated timeframe.
Minister Ravindra announced that the ‘Praja Darbar’ will be held every Saturday to address citizens’ concerns. He encouraged people to submit their grievances at the party office on other days. On the inaugural day, approximately 300 petitions were received, and he assured that each would be addressed according to the severity of the complaints.
Additionally, Ravindra outlined plans to visit all divisions within the Machilipatnam Municipal Corporation to tackle issues related to drinking water, drainage, and sanitation. He also mentioned that the government will distribute Dr. NTR Bharosa pensions to beneficiaries at their homes starting July 1.
The event was attended by Jana Sena Party leader Bandi Ramakrishna, former Municipal Chairman M. Baba Prasad, former MPP Nageswara Rao, and other notable figures.
